iPAL is our online booking and communication system, used to manage registrations, session bookings and parent accounts. It provides a secure and simple way for families to book sessions, manage payments and keep child information up to date, all in one place. Parents can also receive updates, messages and photos from staff, add important notes for staff when signing children in, and access booking confirmations, emails, accident forms and incident reports through their account.

To make a booking for our wraparound childcare or holiday club, you will need to create an iPAL parent account and set up your child’s profile before booking sessions.
