Booking Holiday Club

To make a booking at our holiday club you will need to log in or register with iPAL. For the best possible user experience we strongly recommend downloading the app to your mobile device, alternatively you can visit smilesofquorn.ipalbookings.com.

When you are ready to book log into your iPAL account and select 'Book'. Here you can access all the clubs and activities Smiles of Quorn has to offer. Click ‘Book Now’ [B1] under the club you wish to book to begin.

Place a tick next to a child you want to book on [B2], select the Venue [B3] and select the club [B4] you want the child to attend.

Select the days that you would like to book [B5].

Place a tick next to a child you want to book on [B2], select the Venue [B3] and select the club [B4] you want the child to attend.

Select the days that you would like to book [B5].

Find the date you would like to book and place a tick under the required sessions for each date: Morning Extra Time [B14], Main Session [B15] and Afternoon Extra Time [B16].

Once you have selected the days and session you would like to book select 'Create Booking' to proceed.

You will now need to make payment via BACS, Tax-Free Childcare or Childcare Vouchers. Payment is required at time of booking for all holiday club bookings.

To confirm you have paid, notify us on the system. Select Pay by Voucher [B11]. You will be required to fill in the following information [B12]:

  • Select Payment Provider or Method from the drop down. If yours isn’t available you can select ‘Other’ and enter the provider.

  • Enter the child's name.

  • Enter the voucher reference.

  • The date when you made or plan for the payment to be made to the club.

  • The value of the voucher.

Once all information is entered and you ensure this is correct, tick the tick box to confirm this and click Add Voucher [B13]. You will then be taken to the confirmation page and you will also receive an email to confirm the booking.
